BAE also hired experienced mining professionals and specialist from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom of Northern Ireland and Great Britain (UK) and New Zealand to introduce international best practices into the implementation of the GHP project. One of the main tasks and responsibilities of BAE expat professionals is to train Mongolian staff in best work practices and introduce modern technologies by sharing their expertise and knowledge with the Mongolian team members.
Selection of candidates and recruitment procedure shall be carried out as per the "Recruitment Policy and Procedure" approved by Executive Director of the Company with ref no. 09/39 dated 1 September 2012.
1. Evaluation of application forms and supporting documents:
Application materials: Human Resources (HR) Officer ensures that the Company Application form and all documents requested by this form such as copies of diploma, professional certificates, civil identification card (ID), driving license, references from previous employers, place of residence, etc. are complete and accurate; Human Resources and Administration (HRA) Department ensures that the candidate meets position minimum requirements in terms of work experience, qualification, education, language, etc.
2. Written Test:
Candidates who have completed Step 1 requirements shall be invited for a written test. HRA Department reviews written test materials and in consultation with position owning Department Director/Manager, makes recommendations for next level interview and/or cancellation of candidacy.
3. Additional references and final interview:
Candidates who have completed Steps 1 and 2 and recommended for next stage are subject to references and interview. Interview board makes final decision on recruitment and/or re-advertisement.
